Who owns the hardware?

Rajguru Distributors owns the hardware during the subscription period. At the end of the term, you can renew, upgrade, or purchase the equipment at residual value.

What's the minimum contract term?

Typical HaaS agreements are 24 or 36 months, but we offer flexible terms based on your requirements and budget.

Can I add or remove equipment mid-contract?

Yes. HaaS is designed to scale. You can add hardware as you grow or return equipment you no longer need, with adjusted billing.

What happens if hardware fails?

We replace it. Our SLAs define response and replacement times — typically next-business-day for standard issues and 4-hour response for critical infrastructure.

Is HaaS more expensive than buying outright?
